Lack of empathy rudeness . They knew the situation in dubai with the weather. My apartment was flooded ! Yes they could have politely said : in your terms and conditions it said : NO REFUND . I accept that ! But instead the staff looked at me and said : your apartment is flooded ? So are the streets and everyone else ! In a very rude manner

staff is very accommodating and friendly, there were 2 guys. I don't remember the name 1 guy is thin and a little bit dark skin colour and 1 guy if I'm not mistaken he was the incharge that time he is big and tall..they were very helpfull,friendly and accommodating..

The location was perfect. It was near to the metro station. Restaurants and market were nearby. Mall of Emirates in 10 minutes walk from the Hotel. The size of the room for the price was quite big. Hotel staffs were friendly.

Everything was superb,,very friendly reception staff ,from check in till check out time everything was smooth . Daily Housekeeping with proper cleaning , facilities and the location are the best , 5-7 min to metro,7 min to mall and many groceries and cafeterias around with affordable prices .Very Spacious room, Highly recommended for family with kids too.There are few bars in GF but there is no noise and it didn't bothered us .Tried 3 of them and I would say that Monkey bar was having the best cocktails, music and food too.Nice Shisha on the roof top, I recommend during sunrise or late evening in order to see the beautiful view of Burj Al Arab .The swimming pool area was very clean and very well maintained ,kids enjoyed . Will stay again. Thank you
